I called Friendly Garage Doors and set an appointment for the same day with a window of 2 hours and a 15 minutes heads up. I was lucky because Jacob (the tech) called me and said he will be at my place within 305 minutes which left me enough time to get back home. Jacob put the door back on track replaced both extension springs and made all the necessary adjustments. Great job highly recommend Jacob for all your garage door repairs.

My garage door was not working properly it was making lots of noise and trembling to the sides while going up and down. I found Friendly Garage Doors website vey informative and professional and decided to call them. They answered right away and scheduled an appointment for the next morning even though it was Saturday. Jacob came by within the window frame not before he gave me a call 10mins in advance letting me know he was on his way. Jacob was professional and knowledgeable and you could tell he knows exactly what was the problem with my door. He is so honest and upfront, he took the time to explain that what had happened is lost of tension within the springs. Just by adjusting the springs Jacob was able to fix the problem and now my door is working as good as new! Thanks!

They answered my phone call immediately and told me they can send someone out to my house within an hour! Such a great relief!  Roy the technician called me right back and kept me informed of his ETA. When he arrived he instantly figured out what was the problem and why my garage door in not opening. He did a great job installing new springs and cleaned everything up after he was done. highly recommend!

I want to thank Josh for coming over in such a short notice when my garage door went completely off tracks. He manage to fix the door in less than an hour and after he made all the necessary adjustments the door s working perfectly. It was a such a great experience from start to finish and I am also very pleased with his price!

Jacob is one of the best handyman I’ve ran into. He was very accommodating to my very schedule  and showed up exactly when he said he would. Jacob went on working right away and completed 2 springs replacement within 30mins. I would definitely hire him again for any garage door issue I’ll ever have.

Lately our garage door opener was faking and was opening and closing the door on its own. After we woke up one morning and found out that out garage door was wide open probably the entire nigh we felt un safe and decided to replace it with a new modern opener. Friendly Garage Doors were able to make an appointment the next day and Josh was our technician and he installed a Genie HPC Premium screw drive opener with battery backup, ultra quiet operation and Aladdin Connect smart app that works perfect with Alexa. Josh did and excellent job and I couldn’t be more happy about it. Thank you so much guys!

My garage door spring broke earlier this week, I called Friendly Garage Doors among 2 other companies but only these guys could come immediately . Josh got here within an hour and was fast and very professional, he did an excellent work and we would certainly call them again next time we’ll need any garage door service!

Roy was our technician and did a great job not only with the price he gave us but also explaining each step of the maintenance process for our garage door. He replaced all the brackets and hinges which were very old and rusty. He also replaced the rollers with silicone ones and lubricated the springs which according to a test he did were in a good shape. After he finished I was shocked how quiet the door works. This was my second experience with friendly Garage Doors (they also change the spring a year ago) and I have only good things to say about their services. Thanks!

Jacob came to my home today to replace a 2 extinction springs quickly and efficiently. Only one of the spring was broken but Jacob explained to me that in extinction springs system you have to replace both springs and suggested to use their online coupon for $25 off on 2 spring replacement. He completed the work and I’m very satisfied with him.
