Jacob got back to me right away to get better understanding about what’s wrong with my garage door, I explained that the door is not closing down and each time I try it turns back up again. I’ve told him it’s an emergency because I had to leave the house to pick up my kids from school. He was so helpful and told me he can come right away just before his next appointment and 15 minutes later he was here. Josh is a friendly guy and also very knowledgeable, he came by yesterday to take a look why my garage door wasn’t closing. I wasn’t really sure of the reason but after he tightened the sagging chain and realigned the safety sensors the door appears to be closing again. All of it took about 15 minutes and he charged me the minimum rate. I’m very happy of how it went, thank you Josh.

Jacob was absolutely amazing, he explained in details what is needed to make my garage door quieter, which is why I called them. My door makes a terrible noise and it shakes really badly while working and I couldn’t take it no more. Jacob figured out the problem and quickly made it clear that it is not the right spring for the door and after replacing it and making a few more adjustments the door became so quiet that I could not believe it is my door. AMAZING!
