Our garage door opener is super old. The last renters lost both of the remotes. Terry showed up in the snow the day after Christmas. He totally could have said we need to replace the entire unit but he found a way to make another remote work. (Our system is beyond and old that the new model universal remotes don’t work with it…) His discussed and explained everything with us through the whole ordeal and there were no surprises at the end. We really appreciate his thouroughness and his reasonable pricings.

My husband and I recently had a horrible experience with a different garage door company. They up sell the hell outta you and don’t care about anything except money. Our neighbor down the block referred us to Friendly Garage Doors. The tech they sent out was so sweet and he didn’t make us feel like he was “selling” anything. Our techs name was Josh and he was honest and friendly. He was very informative and made me feel content about the money I was spending. He wasn’t shady at all! I am all about good service. If I could give this company 6 stars I would.

Extremely pleasant and respectful! Where is the 10 stars option? I will never waste my time and call anyone else ever again. These guys are the real deal, Happiest customer ever! Joe replaced our springs in less than a couple hours and threw in a few handy tips for maintaining other garage door. He didn’t have to do that, or spend his time doing that either. But his heart and soul are really put into his work and the results show just that!
