David was super professional and punctual, he showed up exactly on time to our appointment, took the time to explain what he is going to do, quoted a great price and finished the job in about half an hour of his arrival. He installed 2 new extension springs perfectly balanced the door. David is a great guy, honest, reliable, easy to deal with and we would highly recommend him.

Michael was very responsive, answered all of my and showed up promptly. He quoted a very reasonable price and managed to perfectly fix the problem, it was only the spring tension that was needed to be adjusted and Michael got my garage door back in proper working condition in no time, highly recommend this guy and would definitely hire again if necessary.

One of the springs on my garage door broke last night and it was really hard to lift the door by hand, but I still managed todo it and get my car out, so it wasn’t an emergency and I could get couple of estimates and compare prices before hiring someone. After I’ve searched the web and called at least 5 different companies I realized that I wont get  a better price than what Friendly Garage Doors have quoted me and scheduled an appointment. Jacob was in and out under 20 minutes, he did a great job and replaced a broken torsion spring with 2 new ones. He said that the door would operate much better with 2 springs and if in the far future one spring will break the other one would make it possible to manually open the door, pricing was very fair and reasonable and I am extremely happy with his service, thank you, Jacob for your time and hard work!

Adam was able to come within an hour of my call and replace a broken spring in less than 15 minutes of his arrival, he was very easy to work with and his price was exactly as they’ve quoted me over the phone, Adam was also very professional, disposed the old spring for me and cleaned up after he was done, thanks again Adam for your wonderful service!

David responded quickly, came out within an hour and installed new spring on the spot instead of the one that got broken, he also made all the necessary adjustment and made sure the door was properly balanced, I’m very happy with his service and would highly recommend him!

My garage door slid off the track and I was hanged in the air only by its own cables, Simon was here within an hour and got the door back on track, super calm and didn’t make a big deal of it, he also tightened all the screws and greased the wheels. My garage door was closing randomly and immediately I knew something wasn’t right Sam came out within the time they set up and found the left safety sensor wire disconnected, he fixed it in seconded ran some safety tests and was completely done within 5 minuets. I felt a little embarrassed that I didn’t come up with this solution myself, but, Sam was very kind and just charged the minimum service call. It was great lesson and I’m so very thankful for Sam who could take advantage of the situation, but choose to be professional, honest and trustworthy!
