I called them in this morning when I found out the spring above the door was broken and asked for as quick as possible emergency service to replace it. Jordan and his assistant technician were here in less than 30minutes and got it done in within 10 minutes! A real pleasure watching them in action and would definitely hire them again if necessary!

About an hour and a half after our garage door spring broke Jacob was waiting outside our house ready to fix it, how incredible is that! Our car was trapped inside the garage and when we talked to  their customer service represented we asked for an emergency service as quickly as possible and Jacob was definitely the right guy for the mission, he was fast and efficient and got it completed in  about 20 minutes, there was a small charge for the emergency response, but it was totally acceptable, Jacob was definitely our hero of the day and we will definitely  recommend him to anyone we know.

David call me back 5 minutes after I was talking to his office and said that he can come within 30 minutes and in did he made it right on time. David changed one torsion spring and reprogrammed 2 remotes under an hour and was extremely kind and friendly.  David is very knowledgeable and super professional and we would highly recommend him!

It happened last Saturday night just before midnight, my garage door spring snapped, I couldn’t even open the door manually and get my car out, so I called at least 5 different companies but all calls went directly to voicemail, until I called these guys and not only they quickly answered the phone but they’ve also scheduled an appointment for the next morning.
