They’ve responded quickly and answered all my question, quote a very reasonable price and Jacob their technician came over soon afterward. Without trying to up sell he quickly explained what needed to get everything sorted. He got the door back on track then he replaced the springs and finally setup the opener travel limit to get the door going all the way down. The door works perfect now and I would definitely say it was a pleasant experience from start to finish!
