I ask for a quote for broken spring replacement from 2 another companies and the one from Friendly Garage Door was the cheapest. I called at 4pm and the technician arrived in after 40 minutes. He measured the spring and replace it with a new one right a way. He balanced the door and adjust the opener travel limits. Everything is working perfect thank you so much.

My garage door spring snapped and Jacob came out the same day, right on time and prompt, he gave me a clear estimate upfront, explained everything clearly and was very polite. Jacob changed the springs, serviced the whole garage door system and add lubricant to all moving parts. The entire service was done in just one hour and now everything is working so perfectly so quite, highly recommend them and would absolutely use again!
