The springs on my heavy duty insulated garage door broke and it was absolutely impossible to lift it up manually. My car was hijacked by the garage..I was in a hurry and needed someone to come as fast as possible! After going through bunch of companies I bumped into these guys and their representative promised an ETA of 30-45 minutes!! Immediately I booked them and exactly 45 minutes later Roy, their technician was here!! After a quick diagnose and some calculations he suggested to install two springs instead of one and explained to me that next time when eventually one of the springs would break I would be able to lift it up and get my car out of the garage. He managed to finish up everything in 30 minutes and it was working perfectly!

One of our garage door just wouldn’t close, it turned out that one of its safety sensors had malfunction and that was the reason the door kept open. Jacob came out that same evening, replaced both sensors and adjusted the spring tension on both doors. Excellent experience, Jacob was very respectful and his price was fair and very reasonable.
