This morning my garage door opener refused to work, I called friendly garage doors at 2pm to set up an appointment and they answered right away. We scheduled the appointment later for the same day. Josh arrived on time nor before he gave me a heads up call 10 minutes earlier. He was able to replaced an old broken unit with a new Genie opener for a great price too. Thank you Josh.

I had a a problem with my garage door that wasn’t closing all the way and leaving a small gap. Josh came out after couple of hours of my call and quickly fixed it by adjusting the travel limits. Thank you very much Josh for your quick respond and fair price!

Jacob our technician from Friendly Garage Doors did a great job and explaining me why my garage door so noisy, he replaced my old opener with a new Liftmaster and also did a quick maintenance to all the other parts in the door. The price was very fair transcript and he gave me few options before I toke the decision, amazing service thank very much.

I spoke with Laura from Friendly Garage Doors on the phone to get estimate for a new opener, she gave me few options to choose from and the appointment setup was easy. I Had the new opener installed in same day by Jacob the technician and everything went fast. He was professional and I will definitely will them back if I need service in the future.

Friendly Garage Doors representative was very responsive and managed to send Josh their technician the very same day. Josh was very professional and efficient, it was a pleasure to watch him work. He spent a full hour to fix the broken springs and to adjust the opener. Before he left he also reprogrammed the garage opener remote in my car. I would definitely recommend Josh and his company.

Based on Friendly Garage Doors good reviews I’ve decided to hire them for replacing my entire garage door system. Jacob showed up to estimate the job he was awesome and very professional. He gave me a lot of option to choose from and was very patient about any question I had. After all the details were agreed and we closed on the price, Jakob set up an appointment for the installation. He was very flexible and did everything to work with my busy schedule and I was very pleased with his . On the day of He installation Jacob arrived on time with his assistant and together they’ve  managed to install my new garage door and opener within 2 hours. Jacob also explained me how to use in my phone as a remote and I couldn’t be more happy with their wonderful job. I will definitely  give him 5 stars!

I accidentally backed up and hit my garage door with my car, although the impact was minor and I managed to stop immediately before causing more serious damage I still managed to bend the 2 lower panels. Josh came to assess the damage, he was very honest and offered to replace only the damaged panels and not the entire door as another technician who visited me suggested. Josh showed up on time the next day and did a great job installing the new panels, thank you a lot Josh!

My garage door opener was already old and recently very loud to the point where the neighbors complained about the noise when I came back late at night. So I decided to replace it, called 3 different companies and Friendly quote was the cheapest one also very easy to work with and schedule an appointment. Jacob came over on time and was incredibly fast with the installation. He removed the old opener and put a new Chamberlain B6755TMC opener with WIFI connectivity and  integrated camera, all controlled from its MyQ smartphone app. I am so very pleased with his work and with my new opener.

Jacob fixed my garage yesterday.  Jacob was punctual and efficient, he manage to installed new springs and new rollers in a timely manner!  He did such a good job that my garage closes work so quiet and smooth now I can’t believe it’s mine.  His price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend this company!
