We kept having issues with our garage door. Depending on the day it would decide to open or not. I called a company and they made me pay a $25 service call plus wanted me to replace the whole system for $1000. I was in shock!! So I decided to get a second opinion. Friendly Garage Door, sent over Roy and he noticed an issue with the wiring. He replaced them and charged me $250. He was very professional and honest. I’m so glad I went with my gut feeling and called them for a second opinion. I saved myself a lot of money!

My wife and I just had our first child and I was rushing back to the hospital when all of a sudden while pulling out of the garage I heard this loud noise. My garage door wouldn’t close. I spoke to Joe and explained to him the situation and that I was in a hurry. He was in my garage in less than a hour. He immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. It’s nice to know there are service company’s out there like these guys to help you in an emergency situation or in general when things like this occur. Price was fair.

He also got rid of the broken spring for me and it was a pleasure doing business with him, I would highly recommend him and will use again when needed, thanks again guys!
