Our garage door got stuck awkwardly after 2 rollers went out of the track, it was open halfway and I didn’t want to make more damaged than what already happened, so I called Friendly Garage Doors and they managed to send Elon their technician within the hour. He quickly quoted his price for the job and start on fixing the issue, he was very thorough and efficient and managed to fix it, he also suggested to replace our steel rollers with new quiet nylon ones and he was so right as our door is much more quite now, excellent service, very transparent and straightforward pricing, highly recommended.
