Jacob was awesome. He made all the arrangements directly with my tenants to fix their garage door after I’ve approved his estimate and then call to charge for the work he did over the phone with the exact price. Great job, excellent communication! Couldn’t be more satisfied.. highly recommend!

My garage door would not close all the way down and there was a 2 inches gap left! I called Friendly Garage Door team and they were able to come and fix the issue within an hour! Ben was highly professional and reliable, he gave me a window frame of 2 hours and showed up on time. When he arrived he quickly got the broken spring out and measured it, then he went back to his van and pullout the same sized spring and installed it, after he was done he made some balance test and also tested the safety sensors and made sure they are properly aligned. reasonably priced and very impressive work, would definitely recommend this guy.

I accidentally backed my pickup truck into my garage door and cracked two panels, Friendly Garage Doors were very quick to respond and sent Sergei to assess the damage, he arrived within an hour, conducted all necessary diagnosis, quote the price for the repair, which was very reasonable and totally fair, ordered everything right there on the spot and scheduled the installation for the next morning. Sergei came out the next morning right on time and immediately start to work, the new panels matched perfectly to and the work was executed quickly efficiently, I’m very happy and satisfied with the service and would absolutely call them again with any problem I might have.
