Called these guys and asked if they can fit me in the same day and Jacob came out 2 hours later. He told me what I thought was a problem with my opener which was a broken safety sensor. Jacob quoted his price and in less than 15 minutes he was done with replacing both sensors and wiring them to the motor. He did a full inspection and a small adjustment was needed with the spring tension which he didn’t charge me for. Excellent service reliable and personable.

It happened last Saturday night just before midnight, my garage door spring snapped, I couldn’t even open the door manually and get my car out, so I called at least 5 different companies but all calls went directly to voicemail, until I called these guys and not only they quickly answered the phone but they’ve also scheduled an appointment for the next morning. I was so surprised yet very happy they were working on a Sunday and Josh their technician was at my place exactly at 7AM like they’ve promised and got the broken spring quickly replaced, excellent service, reasonable price, absolutely recommended.

Jimmy from Friendly Garage Doors was responsive professional and reliable. He schedule the appointment for the same day, gave me a 2 hours time window to meet me at my house and showed up exactly on time. He checked out the creaking noise from my garage door and instead of jumping straight to a full replacement he offered a full maintenance service. He quoted a very reasonable price and start to work immediately, he got all moving parts including springs, rollers, pulleys lubricant, set the right tension for the spring and also calibrate the opener’s traveling limitations. The whole process took about an hour and my door now works so quiet and smooth, I really appreciated his honesty and great service and would highly recommend, thank you Jimmy.
