We bought a top of the line LiftMaster Garage door opener from these guys and Jacob was the technician who installed it for us. I heard a loud banging noise from the garage and when I tried to open the door it didn’t work, I started to stress up because my car was inside and I had to drive to work the next morning and I couldn’t find someone available to come and fix it right away, but Gil from Friendly Garage Doors was super responsive and was able to come the same evening and he showed up within 2 hours, when he arrived he showed me that the spring above the door has snapped and replaced it. Gil’s work was clean and fast and his price was reasonable, he didn’t charge any extra fees for showing up so quickly on such a short notice and I will definitely use them again!
