Michael arrived after 2 hours and immediately start to work, he checked out why my opener was barely moving the door and came up with a great solution. He said that the tension on my spring wasn’t right and because of that the door is heavier to lift up. After he was done with all the necessary spring adjustments the door was cruising its way up smoothly! Thank you Michael for your wonderful service.

He quickly the wall switch with a new one and he also replaced the wires all the way to the opener.
