Roy their technician was on-time, courteous and professional like all the other reviewers mentioned before me.  He changed a broken spring and also oiled all the hinges and brackets to reduce noises as possible.  I couldn’t believe it is my garage door after he was done, so quite and so smooth operation, outstanding!!

There was a big BOOM which was followed by another big BOOM when my garage door dropped down instantaneously. It turns out that the spring above the door broke and I could not lift the door. I called few companies but only Josh from Friendly said he can come immediately and that he’s on his way to see me! I ask for a quote for broken spring replacement from 2 another companies and the one from Friendly Garage Door was the cheapest. I called at 4pm and the technician arrived in after 40 minutes.
