The door kept stopping halfway and then go back straight up, I kind of figured something was wrong with the safety sensors, Ethan came by on behalf of Friendly Garage Doors and took care of it right away, he found a broken wire and got it reconnect it, then he cleaned and aligned the sensors perfectly, tested the door couple of times and made sure it works properly and safely.
