They were the only company that could send someone so quickly and in such a short notice. Ian was be able to come out within an hour. He swapped out the the broken spring and got the door back on tracks. It took him about an hour and he did an excellent job!! The cost was a fair and i”m absolutely happy with the outcome.

Jacob was very patient and passed all the information in a professional and objective manner. His price was fair and I also used their $99 Off and 15% Off coupons for additional discount. Jacob scheduled the installation for the next day and I was so excited about it already. The day after Jacob came out on time with his assistant and in one hour they’ve completed the job including removing the old opener and door. We had our garage door spring replaced yesterday by Dave from friendly garage doors and we are extremely happy with their service, from the initial call till payment they did everything to make sure we were satisfied. One of the springs broke the night before and they were the only company that actually answered the phone instead of redirected to voicemail. We received a human response and managed to schedule an appointment for 10AM the next morning. Dave showed up on time changed the spring and balanced the door perfectly. Price was very reasonable and Dave was very kind and friendly, highly recommend them!

I was quite concerned about the safety of my garage door when I’ve heard how dangerous garage door can be if installed without safety cable. Danny was the technician who came over to maintain my garage door and after he answered all my questions he made sure everything was in proper condition ,he reinstalled the safety cables for my door and also tighten all the screws, applied lubrication and performed safety check.
