Jacob was in and out under 20 minutes, he did a great job and replaced a broken torsion spring with 2 new ones. He said that the door would operate much better with 2 springs and if in the far future one spring will break the other one would make it possible to manually open the door, pricing was very fair and reasonable and I am extremely happy with his service, thank you, Jacob for your time and hard work!
