There was a big BOOM which was followed by another big BOOM when my garage door dropped down instantaneously. It turns out that the spring above the door broke and I could not lift the door. I called few companies but only Josh from Friendly said he can come immediately and that he’s on his way to see me! He showed up within 20mins and was able to fix it on the spot as he had the right spring in his van. I would highly recommend Josh and Friendly Garage Doors!

One of the spring located on the side of my garage door broke and the door went off tracks. Roy came out on time put the door back in place and installed new springs. He also lubricated all other moving components and the door is super quiet now when it closes. Roy is a honest guy and it was a real pleasure to work with!
